Our clear broth uses Japanese whole chicken, pork knuckle bones, back bones, pig feet and chicken tail. Thick-cut salted pork chashu is finished with a sauce replenished for 20 years. We have cooked each bowl in Motomachi since 2005.

Come on your own or with family. As a neighborhood restaurant in Motomachi, we want every visit to feel easy. Our broad side menu runs from lunch sets to gyoza, wonton plates, sashimi, horse sashimi and drinks.
